By the end of this 60 minute workshop, participants will:
Understand why we often avoid self promotion
Know why self promotion is essential to progress their careers
Learn how to do it in a confident manner
Self promotion is usually related to boastfulness, self-interest and making others feel inferior. However women who don't learn how to self promote do them and their workplace a disservice.
This workshop explores why talking about our achievements can feel so icky and how to overcome that. You see, when no-one knows what you're good at, you might be depriving them of the help they need!
