By the end of this 60 minute workshop, participants will:

• Know that "influence" isn't a dirty word

• Understand how growing your influencing skills allows you to step into leadership roles

• Learn the basic influencing methods that are often missed

Do you believe influencing means tricking others into doing what they don't want to? You're not alone. Unfortunately, the word "influence" has developed a bad rap.

However to become a leader who inspires results will require you to have good influencing skills.

This workshop teaches women in STEM some basic methods to start increasing their influence in the workplace today.

Who is this workshop for?

This corporate group workshop is designed specifically for women in male-dominated, STEM workplaces and can cater for up to 20 participants.
